Since its beginning, the World Forgotten Children Foundation (WFCF) has supported projects that provide the necessary medical devices and care needed to improve the lives and conditions of orphaned children and young adults living with disabilities in developing countries. Because of the direct link between poverty and orphaned children, equal attention must be paid to efforts that will guide these communities out of poverty and toward a more sustainable future.
Children with disabilities in developing nations face an array of disadvantages and challenges due to their communities and caregivers having a lack of resources to ensure proper care. WFCF is committed to funding programs around the world that will ensure that these children have all the necessary resources to have the best quality of life possible.
WFCF has expanded its mission to include community development and sustainable initiatives that will help end the cycle of poverty in impoverished communities. WFCF believes that when the community prospers, the people prosper.
We invite your organizations to submit a project proposal for possible funding by WFCF.
