WFCF Expands Reach Across the World Wide Web

This spring the World Forgotten Children Foundation (WFCF) has expanded its reach and registered with several giving sites, allowing the organization another avenue to communicate with and engage the online community.

WFCF’s presence on these sites offers more channels for individuals to learn about WFCF and contribute at their leisure, and on the corporate level allows companies to increase their corporate social responsibility by offering employee giving programs. Each of these sites conduct a robust vetting process of the charities they support and WFCF is pleased to be one of them.

99 cents out of every $1.00 donated to WFCF is used in support of WFCF funded projects.

Supporters and those interested in learning more about WFCF can now not only visit the WFCF website, but they can also access these new profile pages on the following sites:

Benevity Causes Portal

Benevity’s social mission is to help improve the way global charities access and become eligible for corporate giving programs, and to modernize the way charities process and receive donation funds. Benevity allows companies to offer employee engagement and giving programs and ensures that supported charities receive funds in the most efficient direct ways possible.

GuideStar’s mission is to revolutionize philanthropy by providing information that advances transparency, enabling users to make better decisions, and encourages charitable giving.

PayPal Giving Program

PayPal covers all transaction costs for donations made to the site, ensuring that 100% of each gift made is available to charity.

In addition to these channels, WFCF also offers direct tax-deductible giving through its Donation Page.

Other ways to engage with WFCF include:

  • Volunteer for fundraising activities.
  • Spread the word about WFCF to friends and colleagues.
  • Include WFCF as a beneficiary in personal wills.
  • Sign up for the WFCF newsletter and follow WFCF on social media.
