World Forgotten Children Foundation (WFCF) is proud to announce a vital new initiative in partnership with Wheels Life Changer, a nonprofit organization in South Africa committed to empowering individuals with disabilities. Together, we’ve identified a critical need: access to mobility equipment for children facing urgent physical challenges.
We’ve already raised 50% of the necessary funding—$3,000 toward our $6,000 goal—to provide life-changing wheelchairs to the top 25% of children identified as having the most immediate mobility needs. Now, we’re calling on you—our valued supporters—to help us raise the remaining funds and officially bring this project to life.
Why This Project Matters
For children living with mobility challenges in underserved communities, the absence of proper equipment like wheelchairs can severely limit access to education, healthcare, and social opportunities. Without these tools, many face physical decline, emotional isolation, and a loss of hope.
Founded by disability advocate Ronewa Mudzanani, who was born with cerebral palsy, Wheels Life Changer addresses this crisis head-on. The organization distributes mobility equipment, modifies homes and schools for accessibility, and provides holistic support programs—including school visits with uniforms, hygiene products, and toys—to children and families navigating disability.
This project represents the first phase of a larger, long-term commitment to enhancing mobility, dignity, and opportunity for children who have gone far too long without support.

Since 2003, WFCF has supported projects that promote the health and well-being of underprivileged communities and orphaned children with disabilities. Over time, our mission has evolved to also support the broader environments in which these children live—ensuring our impact is sustainable and far-reaching.
